1 What Google Data We Access
When you connect a Google account, Promote-x AI may request access to the following data depending on which integrations you enable:
- YouTube: upload and manage videos on your channel (youtube.upload, youtube scope).
- Google AdMob: read-only earnings, impressions, and eCPM reports (admob.report).
- Google AdSense: read-only earnings, page views, and CTR reports (adsense.readonly).
- Google Drive: read-only file browsing for importing media into your Content Library (drive.readonly).
We request only the minimum scopes required for each integration.
2 Limited Use Disclosure
Specifically:
- Limited Use. Data obtained from Google APIs is used solely to provide or improve user-facing features visible within the Promote-x AI dashboard. We do not use Google data for advertising, machine learning training, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to displaying your own data.
- No Transfer to Third Parties. We do not sell, transfer, or disclose Google API data to any third party, data broker, or advertising network. Data is processed on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firebase).
- No Use for Advertising or Surveillance. Google API data is never used to serve ads, for interest-based advertising, credit scoring, or surveillance of any kind.
- Human Access. Our employees do not access individual users’ Google data except when necessary to debug a specific issue reported by the user, with the user’s knowledge. Such access is logged and limited.
3 How to Revoke Access
You can revoke Promote-x AI’s access to your Google data at any time:
- From Promote-x AI: disconnect the integration from the Accounts page in your dashboard.
- From Google: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Promote-x AI.
Revoking access immediately stops all API calls. Any cached data is deleted within 30 days or immediately upon request.
