Promote-x AI offers a straightforward refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original transaction. No questions asked.
You may request a full refund of any subscription charge within 14 days of the transaction. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
To request a refund, email support@ternstechnology.com from the address associated with your account, or contact the payment processor that handled your transaction (see section 3).
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing → Manage subscription. Once cancelled, no further charges will be made.
If you would like us to cancel on your behalf, email support@ternstechnology.com and we will confirm the cancellation in writing.
Promote-x AI uses two payment processors depending on your country:
Customers paying via Paddle can also request refunds directly through Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net.
Once a refund is approved, the funds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days; UPI, wallet, and bank-transfer refunds typically settle within 3–7 business days. Exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
