Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Promote-x AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Promote-x AI provides a cloud-based platform for scheduling and publishing social media content across multiple platforms, managing team collaboration, uploading and organising media content, and viewing analytics (“Service”).
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

The Service connects to third-party platforms on your behalf. Your use of these integrations is subject to each platform’s own terms:
Promote-x AI is not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party platforms. Changes to their APIs may affect functionality without notice.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or schedule. You grant Promote-x AI a limited licence to store and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.
All intellectual property in the Service — software, design, trademarks — remains the property of Promote-x AI.
Promote-x AI offers three plans: Base (free), Silver, and Golden. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
Payments are processed by Razorpay (for users in India, supporting UPI, cards, and wallets) or Paddle (for international users, handling local tax compliance). We do not store your payment card details.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers. Price changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
If payment fails, your account may be downgraded to the Base plan. To cancel, visit the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Our use of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for failures of third-party platforms or their APIs.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROMOTEX AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD.
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections 5.2, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the location of Promote-x AI’s principal place of business.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
